Apparently your associate, Kelli, at the Westerly branch,feels you have such an abundance of customers that she can be rude to a young man coming in there seeking assistance with his account. It's great that your customer service Reps, again, Kelli at the Westerly branch, have such amazingly helpful personalities! Clearly you don't need our business. I will be more than happy to pass along this information, as well as Kelli's name, to absolutely everyone I know. Such a shame that YOU allow YOUR Representatives to treat customers of any age so shabbily.
